Like so many other food service businesses, we can no long sustain operations and have served the final plate. So many contributing factors, that have been intensifying since COVID, have made this a necessary decision for our 30+ years as a plant based diner, on SE Belmont St, in Portland, OR. Portland’s 1st vegan diner!
I was told this week, “What?? Paradox is an institution in Portland!” Welp….folks, that’s a wrap!!
I want to thank you for your support for all of these years, keeping some of my friends and some of my co-workers employed during our time in business. We have tried and we have worked through the struggle and want thank all of you who helped for your purchasing support and financial help! That’s a 🌯‼️
An extra attitude of gratitude and special shout out to Barry who was once brunette and now a blonde and a vampire of whom I am quite fond; you age backward and you were not “the hardest nut to crack”; I have enjoyed being able to count on you for the last 19…but there is a revolution calling! Barry, no matter what you do in future, please, never….never…never unchain the night🤘🤘 Today is tomorrow’s yesterday.
